Please complete the following form: Your application must be received before 7pm to be reviewed for events on the same day. Guest list privileges are subject to capacity and limited for special events. Anyone that submits a guestlist request will automatically be added to the guestlist for the night you have chosen. Once you get onto a guest list, be sure to make it down to Webster Hall before the specified cut off time noted in your reply email. After that time you take your own chances or wait in line. Webster Hall only accepts guest list request up to two weeks in advance... Please be sure to bring valid ID. * = required feild.

Anyone that submits a guestlist request will automatically be added to the guestlist for the night you have chosen. Once you get onto a guest list, be sure to make it down to Webster Hall before the time specified in the response email (varies depending on day of week, etc.). Please be sure to bring two piece of valid ID.

IMPORTANT: All guest list requests are closely tracked by email and IP address. Please only apply for the guest list when you are certain that you will be attending.
